Insurance Option for Current Counselling Clients
If you are an existing counselling client, each 1-hour teaching portion can be billed as a therapy session.
If you choose this option, you will receive an invoice as you would for a regular one-hour session.
For New Participants
You do not need to be a counselling client to attend this workshop.
If you’re seeking one-to-one support alongside this work, I am welcoming new clients, and you’re invited to reach out for availability.
These sessions are designed to help you understand what’s changing inside you — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and offer tools to steady yourself through it.
WEEK 1 — What’s Happening to Me?
Understanding Perimenopause, Menopause & Post-Menopause
A clear, compassionate look at what’s changing in your body and brain — and why it can feel so destabilizing.
We’ll explore:
Hormonal shifts and why they affect everything
Physical symptoms and what’s happening underneath them
Cognitive changes and the “I don’t feel like myself” feeling
Treatment options — medical, lifestyle, therapeutic
What’s normal and what deserves a closer look
WEEK 2 — The Midlife Nervous System
Sleep • Brain Fog • Mood Changes • Mental Health
Why menopause makes the world feel louder, heavier, and more overwhelming — and how to support yourself through it.
We’ll explore:
Why sleep becomes disrupted (and how this affects everything else)
Why everything feels “too much” during menopause
Brain fog, forgetfulness, and feeling mentally slowed
Emotional reactivity + vulnerability
Stress-anxiety loops and worry patterns
WEEK 3 — Emotional Capacity, Burnout & Boundaries
Rebuilding Peace of Mind in Midlife
This session focuses on the emotional load women carry — often silently — and how to reclaim clarity, self-trust, and space.
We’ll explore:
Chronic stress + hormonal depletion
Midlife burnout and decision fatigue
Why boundaries feel harder — and how to hold them
Saying no without guilt
Rebuilding emotional capacity and confidence
Gentle steps toward a more sustainable life
What you can expect:
Each session includes:
1 hour of guided teaching
Optional 30-minute open conversation for women who wish to stay
This honours women joining on their lunch hour while offering deeper support for those who want it. Saturday morning sessions coming soon.
Limited to the first 10 women. Additional dates may be added.
