What if life could be shaped by intention, not by obligation?

With a master’s degree in counselling psychology, over 35 years as an educator, 20 years coaching, and 14 years as a therapist, I’ve dedicated my life to supporting and guiding individuals toward self-awareness, growth, and deeper insight. Because personally, I know what it’s like to carry roles you never asked for, to try to protect connection by overextending yourself. I said yes when I meant no, stayed silent to keep the waters calm, and confused closeness with self-sacrifice. For a long time, I thought that was what love looked like.

It took time—and deep unlearning—to realize that love without boundaries isn’t peace. It’s self-abandonment masked as loyalty. And over time, it leaves you emptied out.
