Most of what comes up in a therapy room — people-pleasing, family dynamics, menopause, emotional exhaustion — never gets discussed anywhere else. The Curiosity Series brings those conversations to Breathing Space Yoga Studio in Tantallon, NS, a beautiful, relaxed space that makes it easier to explore topics that don't always get the attention they deserve.

Forgetting words mid-sentence. Walking into a room and not knowing why. Feeling unlike yourself mentally. This session explores what's actually behind menopausal brain fog, why it happens, and what helps — so you can stop wondering if something is seriously wrong.

A three-week online ZOOM workshop for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions.
Each session is 60 minutes of guided teaching with an optional 30-minute open conversation afterward. Small group setting — limited to 10 women.
Week 1 — What's Happening to Me? Understanding the hormonal shifts, physical symptoms, and cognitive changes of menopause.
Week 2 — The Midlife Nervous System. Sleep, brain fog, mood changes, and emotional overwhelm.
Week 3 — Emotional Capacity, Burnout & Boundaries. Rebuilding peace of mind, saying no without guilt, and reclaiming your life.
