MAKING SENSE OF MENOPAUSE
A three-week live online intensive to help you understand what is changing in your body, brain, emotions, and capacity—and find practical ways to support yourself through it.
Right now, you might find yourself:
Exhausted, more reactive than usual, and carrying less patience for things you once managed without thinking.
Your sleep may be disrupted. Your mind feels less reliable. You are overwhelmed by noise, demands, decisions, and people needing things from you.
You may find yourself wondering:
Why am I suddenly struggling this much?
Where did all these emotions come from?
Why don’t I feel like myself anymore?
You are not imagining it—and you do not have to keep trying to piece it together alone.
You can begin to understand what is changing instead of feeling blindsided by it.
You can learn to recognize what your body and nervous system are asking for, respond to overwhelm with greater steadiness, and make choices that reflect the capacity you have now.
You can feel more grounded in yourself, clearer about what you need, and more confident in the woman you are becoming.

Meet You Facilitator
Hi, my name is Dawn. With a master’s degree in counselling psychology, over 35 years as an educator, 20 years coaching, and 14 as a therapist, my work has always centred on helping individuals find steadiness, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of agency.
I specialize in boundaries, emotional capacity, and supporting women through midlife transitions, and have created this workshop with you in mind.
My approach in this workshop will blend trauma-informed care, practical tools, and grounded, steady support and a healthy dose of humour.
So, if you’ve been feeling off, more overwhelmed, sensitive, stretched thin, carrying too much, unsure why everything feels heavier, and wondering if it’s perimenopause…
This workshop just might be the place for you!
The scripts were a lifesaver.
I’ve always frozen in difficult conversations, but having the words that felt respectful and firm gave me so much confidence- it was the first time I didn’t walk away feeling guilty.”
— Maeve R
Boundaries 101 participant
Dawn delivered an engaging, practical presentation that resonated deeply with our audience. Her ability to connect with caregivers personally while staying professionally grounded made the session especially impactful — participants were still talking about it weeks later”
